STRUCTURAL INSPECTION BALI
Inspect Visible Structural Work Before It Is Covered.
Independent review of visible structural work and available project evidence to help owners identify concerns before accepting progress or releasing payment.
What can be inspected
Depending on project stage and accessibility, the review may cover visible foundations, pile caps, tie beams, columns, beams, slabs, retaining walls, pool structures and other structural elements.
What the inspection looks for
The inspection can review visible workmanship, dimensions, alignment, cracking, honeycombing, reinforcement visibility where accessible, construction sequence and consistency with available drawings or specifications.
Documents and site evidence matter
Structural observations are stronger when supported by structural drawings, approved details, concrete records, photographs before closing work and other relevant project documents.
Limits of a visual inspection
A visual construction inspection is not the same as destructive testing, laboratory testing or a full structural re-analysis. Specialist testing or engineering analysis is separately scoped when required.
Best timing
The best time to inspect is before critical structural work is concealed and before the owner accepts the related progress claim.
