PROJECTCHECK provides general informational decision-support indicators, including its Automatic Document Review. Automatic extraction and OCR can misread numbers, text, tables or document context. Results do not certify construction progress, verify quantities, approve contractor payment or replace professional inspection, engineering, contract administration, quantity surveying or legal advice. Users remain responsible for checking extracted values and verifying information against contracts, approved documents and actual site conditions.
Content protection
Original website content and materials may not be copied, republished or commercially redistributed without permission. As with every public website, technical copy protection is a deterrent and cannot make visible content impossible to capture.
Premium access and payment
Premium access is opened only after the payment gateway reports a successful transaction. A Premium Detailed Review remains automated decision support and does not constitute a payment certificate, quantity-surveyor certification, engineering approval, legal opinion or guarantee that a contractor claim is payable.
Professional Advisory Workspace
Professional Advisory begins only after the review scope, required evidence, deliverables and fee have been confirmed. Payment provides access to the case-specific Client Workspace. The client is responsible for providing complete and accurate project information and for having authority to upload submitted documents and evidence.
The workspace supports document exchange, case tracking and professional decision delivery. It does not itself certify hidden work, replace statutory approvals, or guarantee contractor performance. Conclusions are based on the agreed scope and the evidence made available for review.
