Privacy Notice
The free checks and Automatic Document Review are designed to run inside the visitor's browser. Files selected for those free review tools are not intentionally uploaded to a PROJECTCHECK server. PDF and OCR support libraries may be downloaded from public content-delivery networks when the feature is used. Cloudflare Web Analytics may measure page visits and performance without receiving the document itself. Paid Professional Advisory uses a separate private Client Workspace as described below.
Content protection
Original website content and materials may not be copied, republished or commercially redistributed without permission. As with every public website, technical copy protection is a deterrent and cannot make visible content impossible to capture.
Premium payments
Premium checkout sends the purchaser's name, email address, phone number, order reference and payment amount to the configured payment gateway for transaction processing and payment verification. PROJECTCHECK does not intentionally receive or store card numbers, bank login credentials or e-wallet credentials. Construction documents selected in the current Premium MVP are processed in the visitor's browser and are not intentionally uploaded to the PROJECTCHECK server.
Professional Advisory Client Workspace
For paid Professional Advisory cases, PROJECTCHECK may store case information, project details, payment status, messages, professional review status and uploaded project files in private Cloudflare services. Structured case records are stored in D1 and project files are stored in private R2 object storage. Access is restricted by case authorization and backend controls.
Uploaded files can include BOQ/RAB, contracts, drawings, quotations, invoices, variation orders, progress evidence, photographs and videos supplied by the client for the advisory scope. Do not upload unrelated personal data or material you are not authorized to share.
