REMOTE PROJECT AUDIT BALI
Review the Project From Evidence.
Structured remote construction review using project documents and site evidence to help owners understand progress, payment, quality and unresolved risk without requiring a full-time site presence.
What a remote audit uses
The review may use BOQ/RAB, contractor claims, schedules, variation records, photographs, videos, drawings, meeting records and other project evidence supplied by the owner or project team.
Progress and payment review
Claimed progress can be compared with available visual and documentary evidence, while payment position is reviewed against verified progress and agreed commercial terms.
Quality and scope observations
Visible workmanship concerns, incomplete work, scope gaps and missing evidence can be flagged for follow-up. Issues that cannot be confirmed remotely should be identified for site verification.
When site inspection is still required
Remote review does not replace physical inspection where a decision depends on dimensions, concealed work, testing, structural condition or other site-specific facts.
Useful for overseas owners
The service is particularly useful when the owner is outside Bali and needs a structured second view before accepting a report, approving a claim or deciding the next project action.
