The selected document is processed in the visitor's browser. PROJECTCHECK does not intentionally upload the document to its own server. PDF/OCR support libraries are loaded from a public CDN when needed.
PROJECTCHECK does not issue a legal payment certificate or final approval. A document can look complete while the actual physical work is different. Site verification and contract terms still matter.
